2. Onboarding Chat

An OHS consultant from digital OHS will discuss your business and run through a business risk assessment to get you started.

You’ll have 1 hour with our OHS consultant – Jacqueline Campbell – Principal Consultant at Effective Hazard Management. She’ll talk a little about your business and together you’ll work through a business risk assessment. You’ll need the hour spare to dedicate to this chat. She’ll call or Zoom you – depending on what you’d prefer. This discussion will guide the development of the best set of Company Policies, Procedures and Registers for you.

ServiceM8 Setup

3. ServiceM8 Setup

We’ll access your ServiceM8 to install and setup all relevant Company Checklists, Forms & Reminder Templates.

Once you’ve added us as a partner to your existing ServiceM8 account, we’ll jump right in and get everything setup for you.

There’ll be company checklists, forms and templates – to complete per job and PDFs to send to 3rd parties as required. For Core and Specialty Memberships, registers can also be automated from within ServiceM8.

Recurring OHS reviews & inspections will also be setup as OHS reminders – so they don’t get overlooked as you’re busy running your business.


4. Launch

Your system will be ready for launch.

You’ll receive notification once all your digital OHS kit is ready to rumble.

You’ll get access to your Company Policies, Procedures, Registers – Conveniently stored on your own client area of Digital OHS – & available for download by you and your team.

ServiceM8 will be live with your Company Checklists, Forms, Templates ready to use for each job. Recurring OHS reviews & inspections will also be preset so they don’t get overlooked.

As a member of digital OHS, you’ll be able to continue to build upon your OHS knowledge and stay up to date with changes.

You’ll get a secure, password protected page dedicated to your business on www.digitalohs.com.au. This will house all your base OHS Policies & Procedures – always up to date with legislative changes.

You’ll be able to access helpful Staff Training Tips and Presentations.

We keep in touch with members through our digital OHS newsletter with tips, changes to legislation and best practice and how this may affect your business.

If you feel like you need any sort of additional support – you can buy additional support hours. We’re here for OHS Consulting or ServiceM8 Support as or when you need them.
